Selecting an option when registering a property

The options available to agents and/or landlords vary from location to location and brokerage to brokerage.

Usually, there are three options to choose from. Please choose carefully as this determines whether or not an agent will have access to view a tenant's reports. One thing to consider is that the price that the applicant pays will not change, it's the same price for any of the three options.

The option that gives everyone access to the reports is the following: (keep in mind that this option may not be available for your brokerage)
