For Applicants:
This is usually because of a thin credit file or a data mismatch with what the credit bureau has on file.
If you do not have a thin credit file, you will need to call TransUnion Customer Support at (833) 485-6338 in order for them to verify your identity. You will be given further instructions by them.
For Agents / Landlords:
If you are looking for an Applicant's reports they may have closed the payment window too early and not completed the credit bureau questions. If this is the case our Customer Service would have reached out to the applicant within an hour requesting the applicant finish the credit bureau questions (usually a 2-minute process) or the applicant may need to contact the credit bureau customer support above.
