How do I update my SSN?

The credit bureau needs your SSN in order to generate your reports. Your SSN gives you access to the validation questions the credit bureau needs you to answer before giving you (and the listing agent/landlord) your reports.

If there is a need to update your SSN you will find the following message in your account: 

Just click on Click To Retry and it will ask you for your SSN, then you will be redirected towards the validation questions. After answering them your reports will be available to you and the listing agent/landlord.
