I can't view an applicant's reports

• Keep in mind that some offices agents do not have access to applicant's reports (due to the brokerage's internal policies), only the landlords do. 
• If you are not in one of those offices, the issue might be that you selected an option that does not give you access to reports when registering a property (contact Listing 2 Leasing for help)
