I'm getting a pop-up from TransUnion when trying to view a report

TransUnion requires agents and landlords (end users) to add their legal information the very first time they try to open an applicant's report. 

This is a credit bureau policy. The credit bureau asks for the information one time only and will not ask again. This information is not processed or used to run any check on the agent or landlord by Listing 2 Leasing, it is for TransUnion to know who to contact if there is a problem with a report. 

The credit bureau will ask you for your full name, and full home or work address. Keep in mind that there is a Terms of Service box you have to check before clicking on I Agree.

Once you have answered the questions you will have full access to all of your applicant's reports (restrictions may apply depending on your brokerage or your location).
