Listing 2 Leasing does not own or manage any property.

Listing 2 Leasing is a service provided for agents, landlords and applicants who are looking for Tenant Screening services.

The application asks all applicants to confirm the apartment is available before applying for an apartment.

Here is an example of an applicant agreement on the application:

This product is NON-REFUNDABLE. You are NOT GUARENTEED to get this apartment. Once you pay on the next screen, Listing 2 Leasing, LLC will be purchasing the reports and working other items on Listing 2 Leasing's end. It is the sole responsibility of me, the applicant, to confirm if the apartment is available before payment. If I am rejected for this apartment for any reason, I understand that no refund will be given. Listing 2 Leasing does NOT OWN or MANAGE any property.
