This means that the credit bureau had trouble verifying your identity.
This is usually because of a data mismatch between your application and what the credit bureau has on file. If you think you may have had a typo on your SSN or your address (or anything else) please use the chat on the website stating your name and the correction you would like made, and our tech team will make the change for you.
If you are unsure, please call TransUnion Customer Service at (833) 458-6338 for further instructions, tell them that you are applying through Listing 2 Leasing and had an error when generating your reports.

One thing to keep in mind is that this message can also appear due to a thin credit file, in which case the credit bureau cannot generate questions to verify your identity, calling the credit bureau will cure this and a report will be generated stating the file is thin.
